Growing in Love, Walking Together — A Record of the Elementary School Dormitory Culture Festival. To enrich campus cultural life, create a beautiful living space, foster a dormitory cultural atmosphere, and through the implementation of living area education courses, showcase the spirit of Yinghua elementary students, highlighting the cultural purpose of "Beautifying Dormitories, Strengthening Education, and Promoting Civility," to promote the comprehensive development of everyone's overall quality.
In this season of blooming spring, accompanied by the laughter and joy of the students, the Dormitory Culture Festival is in full swing. This festival mainly revolves around the theme "Growing in Love, Walking Together," and unfolds a series of cultural activities from four aspects: "self-care, etiquette, kindness, and good communication." In this event, everyone actively participated, fully utilizing the students' creativity, contributing to the dormitory culture, and gaining knowledge and happiness.
Our activities are divided into evening and morning sessions. The key to a good day lies in the morning, as it is when people are most energetic, so the morning activities naturally involve "movement." Our morning activities include dormitory chores competitions and some fun sports, such as long rope jumping, ball passing, planting and harvesting races, marching in step, and hula hoop passing. Everyone is very familiar with long rope jumping, but the hula hoop game was played with a twist. The competition rules are based on class units with the same number of participants, holding hands to form a circle. After the start, students pass the hula hoop using their bodies, and the class with the shortest time wins. In this segment, students showed all kinds of funny postures while passing through the hoop, which really tested our physical coordination.
