The "Yinghua Education Consensus" is formulated based on the "Yinghua Consensus" formed by all Yinghua members through long-term practical exploration. It is the guiding document for the development of Yinghua's main campus, branch campuses, and departments, and serves as the fundamental basis for all rules, policies, and strategic decisions of the main campus, branch campuses, and departments.
All Yinghua members must earnestly study the "Yinghua Education Consensus," familiarize themselves with and comprehend its essential spirit, master its ideological methods, and apply and integrate them into educational teaching work and daily behavioral norms.

Article 2 The purpose of running the school is the original intention and mission
Integrate Chinese and foreign elements, embark on the future, and run the school for the rise of China!

Article 3 Educational Values
Harmony and Patience in Accumulation, The Benevolent Love Others
Harmony and Patience in Accumulation: Taken from "Liji · Yueji" (Book of Rites · Record of Music) "Harmony and patience accumulate within, and brilliance radiates outward." "Harmony and patience" means following the way, adhering to the laws of education and the growth of students' lives, embracing and promoting the harmonious coexistence of different cultures, respecting and accepting individual differences and values, allowing the student-centered "self" to recognize and learn to conform to the laws of development through dialogue and exploration with nature, society, and oneself, achieving reconciliation with all things in the world, reaching a state of "harmony," continuously discovering, realizing, and surpassing oneself.
The Benevolent Love Others: Originating from the Confucian philosophical thought of "The benevolent love others," it reflects Yinghua Education's core principle of "people-oriented" and conveys the idea that "love is a commonality between Eastern and Western education." Benevolence and love require every Yinghua educator to uphold the educational original intention of "the benevolent love others," using heartfelt "love" to respect and care for every student; benevolence and love require us to "put ourselves in others' shoes" and "do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself," to hold benevolence in our hearts, to hold propriety in our hearts, and with sincere kindness from the heart, with broad-mindedness and a sense of mission, to care for, tolerate, and accept others.

Article 4 Educational Philosophy
At Yinghua, Discovering Myself
At Yinghua, Discovering "Myself": Highlighting the core of "self" with students as the main body. That is, we must follow the laws of education and the laws of students' life growth, respect students' individual differences, help each contradictory life form find dignity, confidence, and a sense of value, and awaken the good, beautiful, and positive aspects within their true hearts; we must guide students to establish a sense of mission and social responsibility as youth of the new era, face themselves and their real environment with a positive and optimistic attitude, and accept different viewpoints from others, society, and the world; we encourage students to explore the essence of things, discover and learn to follow the laws of the development of all things, cultivate the abilities of independent thinking, discerning right from wrong, daring to speak out, boldly trying, and lifelong learning, and through continuous dialogue with heaven, earth, nature, the world, and their own hearts, discover beauty, love, personality, talents, interests, hobbies, wisdom, growth, and discover "myself."

Article 5 Yinghua School Motto
Integrity, Self-improvement, Truth-seeking, Innovation
Integrity and Self-improvement: Derived from the "I Ching" - "The earth's condition is receptive devotion; thus the superior man who has breadth of character carries the outer world" and "As heaven maintains vigor through movement, a superior man should constantly strive for self-improvement." "Integrity" implies that a gentleman should cultivate virtue and embrace all things; "Self-improvement" implies that a gentleman should be resolute and strive hard.
Truth-seeking and Innovation: "Seek" means to pursue and explore, "Truth" means reality. "Truth-seeking" comes from the "Book of Han" - "Study diligently and love the ancients, seek truth from facts," referring to exploring the mysteries and laws of nature, society, and human movement, as well as pursuing the scientific attitude and spirit of truth. "Innovation" means independent thinking, pioneering and innovating, daring to speak out, not confined by existing knowledge and established rules, continuously exploring new knowledge in practice and surpassing oneself.
-
Article 6 Yinghua School Spirit
The Yinghua school ethos consists of "teachers' teaching style," "students' learning style," and "the work style of administrative, logistical, and management staff." It is a concrete interpretation of the school motto spirit "Virtue, Self-improvement, Truth-seeking, Innovation," representing the outward demeanor and characteristics of every Yinghua member. It is also the fundamental principle followed by Yinghua's views on teaching, students, parents, and service.
-
Article 7 Development Goals
We will build Yinghua into a public welfare school that satisfies the general public, belongs to the whole society, and voices China's perspective in the global basic education field.
We will, through every little effort and persistent dedication—
lay a solid foundation for Yinghua students to discover their "selves" and achieve successful and happy lives;
provide an ideal platform for Yinghua colleagues to realize their "selves" and achieve life value;
contribute to regional development, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the progress of human civilization, and develop Yinghua School into a renowned Chinese school with profound Chinese cultural heritage, integrating advanced international educational concepts and talent cultivation models.
-
Article 8 Yinghua Student Philosophy
We advocate respecting, loving, understanding, and caring for students throughout the entire process of education, teaching, life management, and logistical services, allowing them to grow healthily, happily, and positively, and gradually develop the temperament and qualities of a refined gentleman and exemplary citizen. As educational institutions and educators, we must:
Respect every student. We are equal to students in terms of personality. We must respect students' individual characteristics and differences; respect their aspirations and ambitions; respect their interests and hobbies; respect their emotions and feelings; respect their choices and judgments; and especially respect students who are isolated and rejected. We must also respect students who have made mistakes and those who hold opinions different from our own.
Strictly require every student. Respecting students does not mean letting them do whatever they want. We must appropriately criticize and guide students' bad behaviors. We care deeply about students and take lifelong responsibility for them, enforcing strict education, management, and discipline. However, we must ensure not to hurt students' self-esteem, not to physically punish, insult, humiliate, or ridicule them. (Study + combine with student disciplinary regulations)
Treat every student equally. We must insist on equality in all selections; equality in questioning and seating arrangements during class; equality in evaluating students; equality in handling conflicts among students; and equality in applying rewards and punishments. We must treat boys and girls equally; treat students with different personalities equally; treat students with different academic performances equally; and treat students from different families, regions, countries, ethnicities, and backgrounds equally.
-
Article 9 Yinghua Parents' Perspective
We believe that education is not an isolated, closed process, but an open, comprehensive social activity. The growth of any student depends on three environments: family, school, and society. These three aspects are irreplaceable, and the effectiveness of education and teaching depends on the consistency between school and family. We encourage parents to actively cooperate and participate in various school activities both inside and outside the classroom, and to build educational consensus through home-school collaboration. We uphold an open and friendly view of parents and are willing to work together with them to form a joint force:
Respect parents' right to be informed, maintain effective contact and communication with parents, and promptly inform them of students' learning and living conditions at school, so that parents can fully and timely understand their children's performance at school.
Humbly listen to parents' opinions, suggestions, and criticisms, and rationally handle misunderstandings and accusations from parents. Treat every parent equally and respect their legitimate rights and interests. Teachers have the obligation to help parents grasp educational principles, encourage and guide parents to use scientific educational methods, strengthen effective communication with students, and create a good learning environment for children.
Assist parents in correctly understanding their child's personality, potential, interests, etc., and carry out career planning based on the student's own characteristics.
We believe that only when parents and schools maintain unity in educational methods and concepts, both in action and ideology, can the effect be doubled with half the effort, forming a joint educational force to jointly promote the healthy growth of students.
-
Article 10 Yinghua Learning Philosophy
Yinghua advocates a constructivist view of learning, promoting task-based and research-based learning carried out in real-life contexts. Every learner should not wait passively for knowledge transmission but should build their own knowledge system based on their interactions with the world.
We believe that students who uphold a spirit of inquiry can have a richer learning experience, extending, deepening, and enriching the learning process. At the same time, research-based learning encourages students to maintain independent thinking, dare to critically examine knowledge, and gain a deeper understanding and application of knowledge during problem-solving. Yinghua strives to create a proactive learning environment for students, insisting on student-centered learning, while integrating the spirit of the times, encouraging students to develop rational thinking, cultivate innovative spirit, and improve their ability to solve practical problems.
Yinghua is committed to creating an open, immersive, and mutual learning atmosphere between teachers and students, respecting the differences in individual learning styles, breaking the closed state of learning, filling the campus with a strong humanistic spirit and contemporary characteristics, and becoming a shared spiritual home and cultural community for both teachers and students.
-
Article 11 Yinghua Curriculum Philosophy
Based on Yinghua's learning philosophy, a unique "Discovery+" curriculum concept and system have been formed. The term "Discovery" indicates that Yinghua's new curriculum philosophy aims to create an environment for "problem-solving," helping students to bravely explore the real world, activate knowledge through research-based and task-based learning processes, and use knowledge as a tool and means to solve problems.
Yinghua's curriculum concept and the "Discovery+" series of course designs encourage teachers and students to learn based on case studies, expand research boundaries, break down disciplinary barriers, and fully utilize high-tech and information technology to assist and enrich course design. It encourages students to conduct independent inquiry, dare to broaden their learning scope, and be adept at deepening their learning, consolidating academic foundations and learning skills in contexts of solving real-world problems.
Yinghua's curriculum system, while inheriting the essence of traditional curriculum systems, not only emphasizes the transmission of "factual and principled knowledge" but also dynamically embraces challenges from new knowledge, new disciplines, and new concepts. It continuously updates and upgrades course content, making our curriculum "discipline-based but transcending disciplines, starting in the classroom but extending beyond it, rooted in life but elevated above it," helping students integrate into a future society full of transformation.

Article 12 Yinghua Teaching Philosophy
Based on Yinghua's views on learning, curriculum, and years of classroom teaching practice, we have developed a teaching philosophy with Yinghua characteristics. We always require teachers to maintain efficiency and pragmatism, openness and innovation in classroom teaching. Yinghua's classroom teaching should have the following characteristics:
Immersiveness and Openness
Yinghua's teaching philosophy emphasizes that classroom teaching should create authentic and effective learning situations and assign appropriate inquiry tasks to stimulate learners' enthusiasm and initiative, helping students become the main participants in classroom activities. An authentic, effective, challenging, and open learning environment helps to arouse students' curiosity and desire for knowledge, driving active participation in classroom activities. Teachers should be adept at placing teaching content within disciplinary and social contexts, strengthening the thinking of "large units" and "disciplinary clusters," so that students can "immerse themselves" and "empathize" in each subject's classroom teaching. Teachers should be capable of achieving teaching goals in natural, fluent, humorous, and realistic classroom activities.
Interactivity and Collaboration
Classroom teaching is an interactive process based on textbooks, national curriculum standards, teacher lectures, and student activities. As the basic organizational form of school education activities, the classroom is an important arena for students to develop communication skills and complete socialization. Therefore, we advocate that teachers design rich and effective classroom interaction activities that can both achieve teaching goals and stimulate students' passion and vitality, thereby helping students develop autonomous learning habits and making the classroom a scholarly community of teachers and students. At the same time, teachers should provide opportunities to support students in reflecting on learning content and processes. To better prepare students for a more diverse and complex future world, we encourage various forms of collaborative teaching activities. Each individual in the classroom has unique learning experiences and ways of thinking. Through collaborative activities in the classroom, the classroom can become a place for sharing experiences, where teachers and students take on different roles in inquiry and thus gain richer learning experiences, facilitating multi-perspective examination of knowledge and truly forming a learning community.
Scientific and Diverse Classroom Assessment
Classroom assessment is an activity to evaluate teaching outcomes and improve teaching practice. We advocate shifting classroom assessment focus from "teaching" to "learning," judging teachers' "teaching" through students' "learning," emphasizing the feedback role of curriculum assessment, and combining individual and collective evaluations. At the same time, we aim to avoid overemphasizing "major subject" assessments while neglecting "minor subject" assessments; eliminate assessment methods that focus on results over processes; and prevent assessments that emphasize teaching processes while ignoring the inherent logic of disciplines. Additionally, we seek to improve teachers' assessment literacy, enabling them to self-assess and participate in collective evaluations, and to improve teaching skills and classroom efficiency through scientific curriculum assessment activities.

Obligation to provide opinions and suggestions: Every faculty and staff member has the obligation to truthfully provide their opinions and suggestions on the school's development and may report problems and errors in education, teaching, or management that are concealed, even by skipping levels. However, those who report by skipping levels must take responsibility for their actions and consequences.
-
Article 14 Safety is the lifeline
Safety is the primary lifeline for the development of the school and the fundamental guarantee for students' growth and success. Providing students with a safe living and learning environment, ensuring that students can grow healthily and happily under the premise of safety, is the primary responsibility of the school and every faculty and staff member. The school must collaborate with families and society to ensure students' life safety and environmental safety, paying attention to students' physical and mental health. All hidden dangers that harm students' physical and mental health should be promptly and effectively avoided or eliminated. Safety education should be deeply integrated into students' classrooms, starting with basic safety education to establish a barrier for students to avoid various safety hazards.
-
Article 15 Integrity is the foundation of establishing a school
Integrity is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. Integrity is the foundation of Yinghua's establishment, the basis for building the Yinghua education brand, and the most important cornerstone determining whether Yinghua can ultimately gain recognition from students, parents, faculty and staff, the government, and society. "Sincerity is the way of Heaven; thinking sincerely is the way of man." Integrity is an important guarantee for the survival and development of Yinghua.
We must be honest with students and parents, honest with faculty and staff, honest with the government and society, and honest with everyone around us. We must properly balance short-term and long-term interests, faithfully fulfill our obligations and social responsibilities, spare no effort to do things well and meticulously, and wholeheartedly accumulate the reputation of the Yinghua brand, winning the trust and support of students, parents, faculty and staff, the government, and society through practical actions and an image of integrity.
-
Article 16 Effective Driving Forces: Openness, Reform, Innovation, Development
"Openness, reform, innovation, and development" are effective driving forces for the sustainable development of Yinghua's cause.
An open mind and broad vision, inclusive thinking, and an attitude of sharing and communication are prerequisites for promoting the school's sustainable development. With a developmental perspective and the ability to learn and integrate knowledge mutually, we continuously learn from outside and absorb new knowledge, constantly explore our own development, and naturally embrace educational concepts beneficial to the school's development, thereby continuously promoting our own growth.
We must take the initiative to reform and innovate. Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for the school's development. We need to continuously innovate in educational philosophy and concepts according to the needs of the times; we must innovate continuously in school management and institutional construction based on a people-oriented approach; we should focus on quality and characteristics, continuously innovating in education and teaching, as well as in teaching research and curriculum reform; and we must innovate continuously in cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical abilities based on respecting individual differences among students.
-
Article 17 Resource Allocation
We implement a "reverse pyramid" management and resource allocation approach: the overall school resources are allocated with a focus on education and teaching, streamlining institutions and improving efficiency; educational and teaching resources are tilted towards the front line and the school's distinctive features.
Yinghua's educational resource allocation should emphasize the public welfare and inclusiveness of schooling. Therefore, from resource gathering to distribution, the core concept must always be "serving the front line of education and teaching," ensuring that advantageous resources are directed towards student academic development, teacher professional quality improvement, and the enhancement of teaching equipment and environment. We insist on rational and standardized allocation of educational resources to match the progress of the times, adapt to the economic and social development needs of education, and strive to achieve the best output with the least educational resource input. We aim to:
Scientifically allocate resources, ensuring a reasonable proportion of human, material, and financial resources in education and teaching, while avoiding resource waste and achieving the best results.
Improve resource utilization efficiency, avoid blindly duplicating various resources, and ensure that everything is used to its fullest potential.
Allocate resources according to laws and regulations, ensure procedures are open and transparent, and regularly follow up and audit the usage and maintenance of all invested resources.
-
Article 18 Management Mechanism
We implement a principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors. As a private school, we not only emphasize the advantages of "publicness" but also fully leverage the private sector's streamlined, efficient, timely, and decisive mechanisms.
Responsibility is the undertaking and bearing of consequences, the obligations and tasks corresponding to one's position. Authority is power, the control and decision-making within an individual's scope of duties, the power granted by the position to manage people and resources. The two complement, restrict, and interact with each other.
In school management, achieving symmetry between benefits and interests through matching responsibilities and authority can stimulate enthusiasm, promote business development, and enhance capabilities; achieving consistency between responsibilities and authority can realize symmetry between dedication and sense of responsibility, thereby ensuring reasonable use of power within the scope of duties; equating positions with responsibilities, personnel with services, power with dedication, and ensuring responsibility and supervision do not conflict, so that management operates on a positive and efficient track.
We will ensure the unity of Yinghua's strategy, policies, and culture by establishing and improving management control systems and necessary regulations. On this basis, we will fully authorize supervisors at all levels to create a dynamic, efficient, and stable situation that is goal-driven and interest-motivated, with procedures to follow and institutional guarantees.
We will establish and improve systems for target responsibility, education quality control, teaching processes, budget control, cost control, audit monitoring, documentation, and project management. For key areas related to Yinghua's survival and development, we will implement effective controls and establish standardized operational models.
-
Article 19 Organizational Principles
Strategic decision-making structure is the fundamental principle for establishing the internal organization of our school. The establishment and improvement of the organization must adhere to the scientific and democratic facilitation of decision-making; be conducive to clear hierarchical levels, clear responsibilities and authorities, responsibilities and benefits, ensuring the realization of the school's strategy and goals; be conducive to simplifying processes, improving collaboration efficiency, and reducing management costs. Maintain the relative stability of the organizational structure within a certain period.
-
Article 20 Decision-making and Execution
We adhere to the principles of democratic decision-making and authoritative management. Major decisions require thorough discussion at the appropriate levels such as the Board of Directors, the School Affairs Committee, and the Principal's Office Meeting. The basis for decisions is the school's values, mission, goals, and fundamental policies. The principle of decision-making is to follow the wise rather than the majority. Different opinions should be allowed to exist and be expressed, with dissenting views recorded in the meeting resolutions. Once a resolution is formed, authoritative management must be implemented to ensure accountability.
-
Article 21 Responsibilities and Code of Conduct for Managers
The basic responsibility of administrators is to work responsibly based on the school's values, mission, and goals, making the school promising, the work effective, and the faculty and staff accomplished. To this end, administrators should: be people-oriented, care for faculty, staff, and every student; maintain a strong spirit of progress and a sense of vigilance; uphold the school's interests above departmental and personal interests; listen to different opinions, seek consensus while tolerating differences; strengthen moral character cultivation and maintain integrity and self-discipline; continuously learn and enhance innovation. Administrators must strictly self-manage and resolutely eliminate all improper, unethical, and behaviors inconsistent with positive values.
-
Article 22 Human Resources Work
The happiness of faculty and staff is the premise and foundation for promoting satisfaction among students and parents. Therefore, enabling faculty and staff to achieve happiness is the fundamental starting point of Yinghua's human resources work.
The school's human resources will strive to create an open, equal, and harmonious working atmosphere for faculty and staff, provide good salaries and benefits, offer opportunities for training, practice, and development, allowing Yinghua people to live a dignified, valuable, and meaningful life while sharing the achievements of the school's development.
The principles of Yinghua's human resources work are specifically embodied as "justice, fairness, and openness."
Justice: A shared set of values is our criterion for making just evaluations of faculty and staff; setting clear and challenging goals and tasks for each faculty member serves as the basis for fair evaluations of their performance improvements; the problem-solving ability and potential demonstrated by each faculty member in completing their work are more important evaluation criteria than academic qualifications.
Fairness: The school provides fair opportunities and conditions for the development of faculty and staff; each faculty member should rely on their own efforts and talents to engage in healthy competition based on sincerity, openness, and inclusiveness; improve their qualities and abilities through work, training, and self-study; fulfill their achievement desires by creatively completing and improving their duties; fundamentally reject shortsightedness, comparison, and egalitarianism in evaluation and value distribution.
Openness: Adhering to the principle of openness is a necessary condition to ensure justice and fairness in human resource management. The formulation and implementation of important school policies, systems, regulations, and laws must fully solicit opinions and suggestions from faculty and staff involved, increase transparency in execution, and continuously improve and optimize according to the development of the school and society.
-
Article 23 Academic Career Enrollment
As a private school, student enrollment is the foundation of the school's survival. In recruitment and retention, we must act with a spirit of responsibility for the comprehensive development, individual growth, and lifelong progress of students, face parents and students with integrity, and make commitments to them with caution. The main focus of enrollment work lies in the quality and characteristics of the school's education, as well as the educational value provided by the school.

We must strictly comply with the relevant national laws and regulations, conduct financial activities in accordance with regulatory requirements, and handle financial relationships with the state, organizers, management, and other parties. Every finance and accounting personnel must adhere strictly to professional ethics and base their work on integrity. We maintain a cautious attitude in accounting and bookkeeping, fully considering risks and losses, aiming to minimize or limit risk losses to the smallest possible extent.
-
Article 25 Comprehensive Planning—Budget Management
Comprehensive Planning—The budget is the basis for all management activities of the school throughout the year. It is an important means for us to navigate the uncertainties of the external environment, reduce blind and arbitrary decision-making, and improve the overall performance and management level of the school.
The school establishes a multi-level budget control system. All income and expenses of each responsibility center should be included in the budget. The school's overall budget and final accounts are reviewed by the school affairs committee and approved by the school board. The overall school budget is compiled and supervised by the finance department based on the budgets submitted by each department, and the implementation and effectiveness are assessed. The preparation and modification of budgets at all levels must follow prescribed procedures.
The school's finance department should regularly submit analysis reports on budget execution to the school affairs committee and the board of directors. Based on the degree of achievement of budget targets and the extent of budget deviations, the finance department and each department's budget preparation and budget control effectiveness are assessed.
-
Article 26 Legal Compliance System
We must strictly comply with the relevant national regulations and conduct financial activities and handle financial relationships with the state, investors, management, and other parties in accordance with regulatory requirements. Yinghua's internal inspection and audit must review and verify the authenticity, legality, effectiveness of management activities in various school departments, as well as the scientific and effective nature of various internal control systems.
In addition to performing basic functions such as administrative inspection, financial audit, project audit, contract audit, and exit audit, Yinghua's inspection and audit department must also audit important tasks related to Yinghua's objectives, such as the target responsibility system and major management systems, integrating internal inspection and audit with the progress of business management.
-
Article 27 Inheritance and Development
As long as the direction is right, the distance is not a concern. Continuous and positive quantitative accumulation will eventually lead to a qualitative leap. The educational philosophy, management methods, and experience accumulated by Yinghua over the years are valuable assets of the school. We inherit and develop them through knowledge management. Building on the past and opening up the future is the foundation of our thriving cause, the guarantee for the transmission and continuation of the Yinghua spirit, and the winning formula for Yinghua people to go global, embrace the future, and lead in education.
No matter when or where, we must always remain clear-headed, know "who I am," hold on to our original intention and mission; remember the path we came from, understand "where we came from," bear in mind the responsibilities and vision we shoulder, and know "where we are going."
