At 15:50 on 27th June 2023, the acceptance activity of "Discovery+" Interest Elective Course - Research and Development Course of General High School Department of Tianjin Yinghua for the academic year of 2022-2023 was held as scheduled. This deepening is mainly to improve and optimise the "National Basic Curriculum", "Discipline Expansion Curriculum" and "Discipline Monthly Curriculum", and to actively construct the "Discipline Curriculum Cluster".

On January 16, 2023, the elective course "Charming Reed Stands - Exploring the Comprehensive Utilisation of Reed Sticks in Yongding River Wetland" designed and developed by Gao Yanxiu, a chemistry teacher of Yinghua Regular High School, won the first prize of the Second National Science and Creativity Project-Based Learning Programme at the national level. This is also the first prize at the national level of the "5th STEM Education Project-based Learning Programme" and the "2021 International StarT Project-based Learning Competition" after the interdisciplinary elective course "Wetland Conservation of the Yongding River Wetland" designed by teachers Zhang Huan, Chen Chao and Liu Peihua won the first prize at the national level of the "5th STEM Education Project-based Learning Programme" and the top ten in the world of the "International StarT Project-based Learning Competition" in 2021.
