Preface

The Home-School-Community Ecological Alliance is a public welfare organization under the Party and national education policies, implementing Yinghua's educational philosophy and goals. It fully leverages the important role of parents in school and family education, actively mobilizes the whole society to understand, participate in, and support school education work, jointly building an ecological education system of school, family, and society.
According to the actual situation of the school, seven community alliances are established respectively: Family Growth Alliance, Nutrition and Health Alliance, Security Alliance, Cultural and Sports Propaganda Alliance, DP Association Alliance, Public Welfare Community Alliance, and Career Development Alliance.

Family Growth Alliance

Alliance Declaration: Love · Trust · Grow Together Scientific Parenting · Support Growth

Work Objectives: Home-school collaboration, mutual coordination, and mutual promotion to build a diverse and inclusive open community. Following educational laws and the natural growth laws of children, allowing them to continuously discover and learn to adapt to the laws of all things through dialogue and exploration of "Me and Nature," "Me and Society," and "Me and Myself," ultimately growing into the best version of themselves.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Pay attention to students' learning and moral development, participate in classes at school irregularly to understand the teaching situation, and provide feedback or suggestions. The school regularly arranges master teachers' open classes and invites alliance parents to observe. 2. Through the Family Growth Alliance and various school activities, understand the school's educational environment, deeply learn the school's educational philosophy, and better serve and support parents' self-growth. 3. Expand educational resources through multiple channels, participate in school career education, carry out "Parents in the Classroom" activities to help students understand different career paths, enabling children to discover themselves and plan their lives in advance. 4. Scientifically guide and help children correctly face various confusions and problems during growth, help students answer questions, and establish correct views on life, values, and society.

Nutrition and Health Alliance

Alliance Declaration: Safeguarding the "Physical and Mental Health" of Children

Work Objectives: Create a "safe, nutritious, and healthy" dietary environment together with the school.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the formulation and review of the cafeteria menu at fixed times each semester, proposing practical improvement suggestions and plans based on the school's menu and students' needs. 2. Members of the Nutrition and Health Alliance must have a spirit of dedication, love life, possess teamwork spirit, be able to flexibly arrange their time, regularly attend the school's dietary committee meetings on Thursday afternoons of the last week of each month, and not be absent without reason (members who miss a certain number of dietary committee meetings and tasting sessions will be considered to have automatically withdrawn, with new members taking over related work). 3. Irregularly come to school each semester to taste cafeteria meals (tentatively four times per person) and dine with students, fill out restaurant evaluation forms, and take photos as required to record each tasting. 4. Collect feedback and suggestions from other parents and communicate and coordinate in a timely manner. 5. Based on members' specific situations, conduct nutrition lectures for parents, students, and cafeteria chefs; participate in promoting the "Clean Plate Campaign" to jointly practice the social trend of thrift. 6. Ensure students' mental health and cooperate with the school to regularly carry out psychological education lectures.

Security Alliance

Alliance Declaration: No small matter in safety, prevention before it happens.

Work Objectives: Ensure student safety on campus and promote home-school co-construction work.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Irregularly visit the school to inspect potential hazards in dormitories, sports facilities, and other equipment to ensure student safety during school hours. 2. Participate in school safety education training and legal lectures to enhance students' safety and legal awareness outside school. 3. Propose rational suggestions regarding on-campus motor vehicle management, shuttle bus routes, and safety matters during school arrival and dismissal. 4. Organize and carry out volunteer services to maintain order at school gates during student departure and return periods, participate in dormitory night inspections and cafeteria duty. 5. Organize and participate in security volunteer work for school events such as sports meets and New Year parties, as well as other school security tasks.

Cultural and Sports Propaganda Alliance

Work Objectives: Create Yinghua's distinctive home-school community education, spread positive social energy, and discover a better self at Yinghua.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the planning, organization, and promotion of various school activities (such as sports meets, art festivals, graduation parties, social practice activities), provide feasible suggestions and opinions, and organize alliance teams to mobilize enthusiastic parents with cultural and sports specialties to actively participate in various activities. 2. Actively participate in related activities organized by each alliance, record the progress of alliance work at any time, collect and organize graphic and textual materials, and promptly carry out written publicity. 3. Organize and plan the compilation and production of external promotional videos for the alliance, focusing on the design, rehearsal, and filming of special programs for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. 4. Collaborate with the school to carry out the promotion and management of the alliance's exclusive WeChat subscription account "Yinghua Home-School," publicizing the school's educational philosophy and alliance work dynamics through various media.

DP Association Alliance

Alliance Declaration: Discover myself at Yinghua · Elevate DP to new heights

Work Objectives: By forming various types of parent associations, drive parent participation in home-school co-construction, improve parents' cultural literacy, set an example, and promote students' joint growth.

Work Responsibilities: 1. To enrich parents' leisure life and improve various skills, unite parents with similar interests or certain amateur expertise to form diversified associations, leverage parents' talents, carry out colorful activities, enhance parent communication, grow themselves, and achieve children's success. 2. The "Home of Calligraphy and Painting" association has been established, and related activities have started and are ongoing. 3. In the first half of 2021, the photography, football, basketball, and art associations were successively launched, with activities and exchanges inside and outside the school. 4. Actively participate in and cooperate with various school activities (such as sports meets, art festivals, graduation parties, social practice activities).

Community Alliance for Public Welfare

Work Objectives: The Public Welfare Community Alliance adheres to Yinghua's educational philosophy and goals, links social resources and forces, provides rich and diverse public welfare courses, assists students and parents in comprehensive growth, allowing children to truly feel and experience classrooms without walls, achieving unity of knowledge and action, and measuring wisdom with their own feet to share beautiful education.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Provide diversified quality education and activities, offering high-quality public welfare activities into campuses. 2. Recommend experts in social education, parent-child education, volunteer representatives, and related fields, provide venues for off-campus practical education and social education functions, and build a public service system for student growth; 3. Guide alliance member families to participate in community service awareness, provide community activity information related to learning skills and talents. 4. Promote the school's educational philosophy and alliance public welfare activities to the community, use community bulletin boards to spread scientific family education knowledge, and encourage alliance relatives and friends to join the school's volunteer team.

Academic Career Development Alliance

Work Objectives: Introduce excellent educational resources from prestigious schools and teachers, leverage the exemplary role of outstanding graduates, stimulate students' inner potential, and achieve a brilliant life.

Work Responsibilities: 1. Organize and coordinate admissions officers from well-known domestic universities, education experts, student parents, and senior students from prestigious schools to strengthen learning guidance for current students, effectively enhance students' learning motivation, improve students' personality qualities, actively cultivate students' planning awareness, and help students explore a scientific academic career development path. 2. Provide students and parents of examinees with guidance on student career development planning, offer reliable advice on academic path planning, college entrance exam course selection, university subject and school selection, help students establish positive connections among self-awareness, school, society, and work, and improve students' adaptability for future university entrance.
