Yinghua Library is located in the central hall on the ground floor of the main teaching building of Tianjin Yinghua Experimental School. In line with the overall development strategy of Yinghua Experimental School, this library was established in 2017 and officially put into use in November 2017. It integrates Chinese-style library design, exuding a calm and grand atmosphere with a strong scholarly ambiance, providing readers with a good reading environment within the library.

The library is dedicated to serving all teachers and students of the school, fully reflecting the concept of quality service in its layout and design. Aiming to maximize convenience for readers, the library introduced the concept of a smart library from its inception, adopting an integrated library management system and applying RFID technology to realize functions such as self-service inquiry, self-checkout and return, and facial recognition borrowing. The power of technology makes book circulation and borrowing more convenient and efficient, providing a good user experience for readers.

The library strictly selects the quality of books included, with a collection of 25,000 volumes of highly readable fine books, covering the five major categories of the Chinese Library Classification (Marxism-Leninism-Maoism-Deng Xiaoping Thought; Philosophy; Social Sciences; Natural Sciences; Comprehensive Books) and 22 basic major categories. To support the school's teaching and reading needs, more than 2,500 English books have been introduced. With the library's ongoing development, the variety and richness of the collection will continue to increase.

To further create a scholarly campus and enrich readers' reading experience, the library has held a series of activities and offered reading courses. Centered around the collection resources, it has established interactive cultural communities, allowing a wide range of readers to immerse themselves in the scholarly atmosphere, engage with classics, and converse with wise minds.
