The mission of the Student Union of the Youth League Committee is to serve students by providing a good platform for activities and creating a more colorful campus life. Our vision is to build the Student Union into a learning-oriented team that is considerate of students and committed to service, fully leveraging the Student Union's roles in cultivation, bridging, staging, and as a window. The values we follow are to conduct every activity fairly and justly, always taking serving students as the purpose of the Student Union. Every activity will be planned and prepared with a rigorous and serious attitude. The 17 Fund and Discovery Bank within student organizations are the foundation for their operation. Discovery Bank lends money to organizations for their activities through loans, and the organizations will repay the money within the stipulated time. The bank uses the interest income to pay volunteers of the 17 Charity Fund at a rate of seven yuan per hour. These funds are then donated as charitable contributions to the 17 Fund for charity activities.
